• By booking an academy placement or tournament entry through our site, you are making an offer to purchase a service subject to these terms.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of the booking price.
• When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the service has been confirmed by the respective academy.

3. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any service which you have booked, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Liability and Safety

• We act as an aggregator and booking agent for third-party sports academies. While we rigorously vet all partners for safeguarding and qualifications, the ultimate liability for health and safety during training sessions lies with the individual academy provider.
• Participation in physical sports carries inherent risks. By booking through our platform, you acknowledge these risks on behalf of the participant.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website.
