• Financial Data: includes payment card details (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details).
• Medical Data: includes relevant medical conditions or allergies of the participant, which is required to ensure safety during academy sessions.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., booking an academy).
• Where we need to share necessary information (Identity and Medical Data) with the specific academy you have booked to ensure the child's safety and registration.
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors, and third parties who have a business need to know.
