Refund Policy

At AdrenalineSport UK, we understand that circumstances change. Because we act as an aggregator for multiple academies, our refund policy reflects the standard terms agreed upon with our partners.

1. Cancellations by You

• 14+ Days Notice: If you cancel a term booking or summer camp more than 14 days before the start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
• 7-14 Days Notice: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Under 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the term or camp are non-refundable, as the academy will have already allocated coaching resources and equipment for your child.

2. Cancellations by the Academy

If an academy cancels a session (e.g., due to extreme weather, coach illness, or facility closure), you will be offered the choice of a makeup session or a pro-rated refund for that specific class. If an entire term is cancelled, you will receive a full 100% refund.

3. Medical Exemptions

If a child sustains an injury or illness that prevents them from participating in the remainder of a booked term, a pro-rated refund may be issued upon presentation of a valid doctor's note. Please contact our support team at AdrenalineSport@proton.me to process medical exemptions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days to the original payment method used during checkout.
