Shipping Policy

AdrenalineSport UK primarily provides digital booking services for physical sports academies and camps. Therefore, standard physical shipping policies do not apply to the majority of our transactions.

1. Digital Delivery of Bookings

Upon successful payment for an academy term, summer camp, or tournament entry, you will receive a digital booking confirmation and e-ticket via email immediately. This email serves as your proof of purchase and must be shown (digitally or printed) on the first day of attendance.

2. Physical Merchandise

If your booking includes physical merchandise (such as a complementary training kit, jersey, or equipment pack included in the "Multi-Sport Discovery Pack"), the following applies:

• Collection: Merchandise is typically not shipped to your home address. Instead, it will be prepared and handed directly to the participant by the coaching staff on the first day of their scheduled academy session.
• Sizing: Sizing for included kits will be requested during the checkout process. If an exchange is needed, this can be arranged directly with the academy coach on-site.

3. Missing Confirmations

If you do not receive your digital booking confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team at AdrenalineSport@proton.me or call +44 151 482 7391 to have it resent.
